Its probably some sort of mild euphoria caused by the rapid onset of the drug.
If you get me, If they are taken orally the pill slowly disolves in your system over time whereas snorted you get more of a dunt off it.
Works with most stuff but it usually wears off loads quicker and is not usually reccomended.
