Cold Calling – Drug Selling I feel the need to express an event that has happend to me recently on Partyvibe.
I was contacted by an individual by private message and asked to purchase a prescription Only drug called Oxycontin. A very powerfull painkiller that would be every opiate addicts dream of using.
I turned the person down but asked for more information.
As an ex-abuser of Opiates I would have asked for more information and then parting with some money etc and who knows where I would be now, back doing the skag probebly.
After some discussions with other Moderators and Admin, the user has now been banned.
I would urge other people to do the same. Please, if you are a recovering addict from whatever addiction and have been approached to buy something from someone its all down to a choice that you have as a person. To tell or not to tell. To buy or not to buy.
If you are contacted please contact a member of the admin team or Moderator and provide evidence of what has happend. Particularly those of you who are wanting to do well and feel pressureised into buying something that you have been trying to get away from - like myself and Opiates.
If you feel that this is grassing up, would you not do the same if this was a paedophile preying on children? Let those who lead blameless lives feel no blame.
I'm sure that your information will be treated with strictest confidence and neccessary action will be dealt with "in-house".
Cold Calling is NOT acceptable - be it watches, viagra or any drug.
Preying on individuals weaknesses is the wrong move.
I do suggest that those of you who still wish to buy drugs need not do so when others arround you don't and therefore should be discreetly done between yourself and whoever you buy them from. This does not affect the normal day to day free open conversations that we still have on Partyvibe.
Break the chain, don't use arround non users!

Paypal! When I first opened a paypal account I thought this was too good to be true. All I kept reading was 'no fees' for this and 'no fees' for that.
Anyway lo and behold last night I received a SMS saying that "you have received £** from such a person. So firstly to 'accept' this payment I had to activate the 'SMS alert' part of my account. When I did this the transaction showed up on my balance. But to my horror approx. 5% had been taken out. On closer inspection on the T's & C's it did say that you'd be charged a small fee for receiving cash. IMHO 5% aint a small fee. And also to verify my account, I had to go through the procedure of telling paypal a couple of questions to make sure it was my bank account, blah blah blah.
If anybody else uses 'paypal' can you please post on this thread of any other 'stealth fees', so as to be on my guard in the future. Maybe the good old fashioned 'your check is in the post' way of doing business is still the more favourable one:wink:

Who can you trust? Can anybody tell me what happens to a dna sample if you are proven innocent. I was aquitted a while ago and am concerned about who might have access to it. Does it get destroyed or is there a massive database where its kept? Also how are the so called anti terror laws going to affect the free party scene. With the amount of new surveilance officers drafted in will they start to channel extra resources into wiping them out? At a recent party I saw more plain clothes police than i have anywhere. It seemed to me they were on to it a long time in advance and only allowed the rigs to set up so they could gather evidence on the sly before shutting it down. Maybe we should ban all cameras at parties and then it would be easier to spot old bill.btw the reason i know they were plain clothes is because i was standing next to a bloke filming people on his phone. The cheeky fucker had a big grin on his face, When a police land rover pulled up he strolled on over greeted the driver and donned his stab vest and stupid fucking belt. As we watched about five more people one woman i believe, did the same. all with phones.
