UK Free Parties - What a mad night.

What a mad night. We started off heading for a squat party, happening near Aylesbury. We managed to find the place and were quite surprised it was in a beautiful cottage surrounded by mansions, in what was clearly a rich area. Section 6 notices had been put up on the door. The system, which was very small, was playing some wicked DnB. A small bar was set up in the room next door. The cottage was really nice and was hard to imagine why anyone would abandon it. Their where about 40 people in total.

We had heard that Survival where also doing a party in the area, so after a while we decided to go and have a drive up to see what was going on. The venue has been used many times before so we weren't going to have a problem finding it. When we got there I could see the welcoming UV glow of the Nightstorm Café parked outside the dis-used shooting lodge. The lodge has two rooms. Survival were in the big barn area and had an excellent sounding rig running which was playing the only DnB set of the night. The other smaller room had a load of sofa's set up round it and reggae & dub was being provided by Wailing Sounds, who kindly let me play some of me tunes for quite a while.

There was about 150 well up for it party people there with an excellent vibe. Wicked party. I left about 9am but apparently the party carried on till 4pm.
