what's going on?

Part 1

I knew where the site was as we'd been to a BDi party there last year. Pulling off the motorway around 4am, we headed down the back roads and up to the Nature Reserve car park. Lots of cars, buses, vans filled the car park - previously we had had the party in the car park, but this time a short walk into the woods revealed an amazing trance party happening overlooking the M40 high on a hill. ahhhhh nice. 300 people dotted around the place, a full on dance floor listening to uplifting and energetic trance.

Tribe of Twats and Tribe of Isis joined forces to put on this party. Isis doing the decor and supplying a few of the DJ's, with the Twats supplying the rig and more DJ's. Fluro and UV made the darkness of the surrounding area glow brightly. Lots of happy smiling people, obviously having a great night made me and my mates come up a few more natural levels. We had only planned on popping by the Section 63 party - but had now done two parties in one night. A nice surprise finding this second party which really made the evening, and was great to come back to after being out of the country for a week.

We explored and found hidden from the dance floor in a natural wooded dip a fire, with a few people sitting round. We bumped into a few mates from previous parties down here - which also added to the evening. Back on the dance floor and the crowd were really going for it, we danced for ages, even though we had used up all our energy.

It started getting light around 6.30am, and a short walk along the hill allowed us to see the M40 down below us, again cars were oblivious to what was happening on the hill above. The Chiltern Hills cutting in the M40 is a place I have always wanted to stand and watch the motorway from, and last years BDi party I hadn't realised where we were until after the party.

Looking down the motorway, about half a mile away, the Section 63 party was still going on... both parties didn't know that they were simultaneously going on so close. The thing was that it was quite difficult to walk down to the Section 63 party, so a few people drove between the parties.

By about 7am, we had decided to leave and let the parties continue into the day. We were very lucky to have a dry evening - I don't think they'll be many more rainless Saturday nights until next year.

The Kayner party mailing list, is reporting the French parties are lose they're vibe - The UK, after 10+ years, is still heading forward with refreshing energy revolving free parties. fuck clubs. free parties will also be on the right tip. Don't give into the government - seek out those parties for true freedom!
