Wrong section…you want this to be in the parties or community section.

Best I can think of is the big teknofest in the Pacific Northwest, which I’m guessing is a treck away. Though it is 8 days long and free, so it might be worth it.

Pharm Parties

Pharm parties (pharm as short for pharmacy) are controversial events where young adults bring different types of Prescription drugs to a location wherein they are distributed in various ways. This is obviously an incredibly dangerous activity because certain combinations of prescription drugs can cause serious injury or death when taken simultaneously. Further danger is apparent when it is understood that alcoholic beverages are thrown in the mix. Despite the media attention there are currently no statistics regarding these pharm parties.

goverments need top except the fact that people are going to take drugs and abuse their bodies

alcohol is freely avilible yet most people arnt alcoholics, and drugs are alreadya as easy to get as if they sold them in tesco’s but everyones a junkie, people are either going to take them or not legal or not,
sum people always will sum never will nothing will chage this

most ravers are weekenders which shows we have alot of contol over our intake of drugs

i find the idea of taking loads of over the counter rugs rather wrong, as the only way they get u high is if you do a dangerous amount, there are many substances which will get people to higher places cleaner & safer

but as they have no medical uses and people who wont take drugs dont understand/are scared of what they do they are outlawed and the general public risk their lives abusing drugs which arnt ment to get you high

this is just a new term for an activity that has already existed for years and a stack of media hype.

when I was a boy the old 70s hippies/punks used to do this; and it wasn’t even frowned on socially as it wasn’t “illegal drugs” (mostly supplies diverted from NHS stores by various means)

The once you buy everywhere or the prescription painkillers..(dont know much about this,sorry)I know a lot of young girls in denmark try to commit scuicide on the ordinary once every year..The perscriptions once usually makes me very tired..Cant se how you can get high on them..

i think its a quantity issue? :bad_idea:

not my thing i have to say – i have to take painkillers to get through most days and i certainly have no interest in taking even one more than i have to….also it means i will have to cycle on to the next painkiller faster as i build up tolerance to them very fast so i cant take the same one for more than a couple of weeks at a time :get_you:
