most research chemicals are now restricted worldwide fairly soon after they become popular; recreational drug usage is now closely monitored worldwide at UN level by various government agencies…
bear in mind there are lots of SE Asian nations willing and able to help the West with their surveillance and anti-drugs enforcement (although curiously not so much the Peoples Republic of China, which is remarkably liberal for an Eastern nation wrt to personal drug use!)
at the moment “legal highs” only exist where the law and surveillance hasn’t caught up with the trends and loopholes remain (or lack of enforcement)
IMO there is as much risk with buying this stuff as scoring “street drugs” – you might get a few loads through but there is a big data trail of money and orders leading to someones house; eventually doors get knocked (it could be months after the order!)
Most jurisdictions can arrest on suspicion of obtaining illegal drugs, drugs laws can be fast tracked to make things illegal very quickly and are often exempted from human rights legislation…
the fact someone has visited an RC site can be used by cops to claim “clearly these people are interested in the drugs culture” and could even be used to justify a search in case there are normal “illegal drugs” at the premises.
This unfortunate situation will continue until such time as worldwide prohibition ends; or something like a global conflict makes it impossible to continue with and the UN abandons its role as a global anti-drugs organisation
Unfortunately at present too many nations are still willing to continue with the status quo for a variety of political, cultural and religious reasons.
