pills which contain a high quantity of amfetamine or BZP can keep people (particularly infrequent users) awake for 12-24 hours.
New users can often feel the effects of MDMA for a few days afterwards! I was like that in 1991; the after effects of one pill would last for several days and you’d still feel hyper/happy afterwards.
If she is not feeling physically ill such as having any trouble breathing or chest pains etc there is no need to worry.
The effects of the drug will wear off; she may feel tired and irritable afterwards but a decent amount of sleep should cure this.
