I want to grow but I have no idea where I can get cannibis seeds from. Any ideas?

Amsterdam! A lot of seed shops sell online, so you can get them delivered, but that carries the risk of the authorities working out what you’re up to. Either get em delivered to someone else’s address or ask your supplier if they know of anyone that has any seeds or cuttings they’re willing to pass on.

It’s perfectly legal to possess seeds, it’s only illegal to cultivate ’em so you shouldn’t have a problem getting them delivered.
Theres a load of seed banks that sell online, just have a quick google search (if not i know a few)

Oh btw you may want to check if its legal to possess seeds in your country since i don’t know where your from, but its perfectly legal in the UK.

It’s legal to have seeds, but not much you can do legally with the seeds, so if the powers that be know you have seeds, they may investigate more…

Yeah but imo ordering 1/2 seeds or whatever wouldn’t be much of a problem, its most likely when you have a greater amount that that’d happen.
Probably best to exercise some caution though, but it’d take you a while to get a grow up and running anyway. (Not that your going to do that, right?)

Seeds are easy to get online as per above posts, and possessing seeds is legal in the UK

BUT

Cultivating them is illegal and making it worthwhile is hard in urban environments,

In your garden a few plants will yield very low and your neighbours may see them, steel the weed or report you to police

Indoors you would need all the lamps & fans, the smell is hard to get rid of, the equipment costs a lot to buy and more to run ( your electric bills will go insane ), and you would need to do a room full it worth it which would mean a higher penalty if caught

Only time I tried growing ( without all the lamps & stuff, just natural light & no chems ) it look a lot of time & effect, gave me a lot of paranoia, and bloody greenflies attacked leaving me with fuck all to show for it, I wouldnt bother again unless I had the use of private land

Yeah to be fair if i was going to grow i’d want to be in the countryside, just have a barn running with many plants.
Would be nice to have a few opium poppies too, was actually looking at that earlier. Debating a guerilla grow hmm..

Intentions dont matter to the police mate, they go purely on quantity

Couple of plants wont yield you much, grow in quantity even if it’s intended for your own use over a prolonged period of time is still likely to get ‘intent to supply’ added to the ‘Cultivation’ charge

Comes down to the ratio of Benefit to cost/risk and unless you got private land ( not a garden overlooked by neighbours ), then IMO it’s not worth it

As far as I know, you don’t require any sort of permit to sell seeds in the UK.

Under EU and UK seed legislation, if you want to market certified seed of agricultural and species covered by the legislation, you can only do so if the species/variety is on a national list and has been officially certified, and you are registered to market such seed.

You can buy Cannabis seeds online VERY easily. They’re completely legal to own until you germinate them. As soon as they germ it’s illegal to possess
