Something to be careful of is, in my personal experience, that some opiates don’t always have the intended effect. I found this with pethidine and tramadol. Probably the last time I had tramadol I felt absolutely nothing but kept popping 5 100mg tablets every hour or so. While I felt nothing as far as a head change, I ended up collapsing and being taken to hospital as even though I couldn’t feel anything, I had a massive amount of tramadol in me which the doctor said can result in people stopping breathing and they believed that was what happened to me that day. Just be careful and know that if you feel no effect, you still have a lot of opium in your system and taking more can lead to problems. The amounts you mentioned should be fine though but don’t keep redosing constantly, if it’s not as strong as you would like you’re better off calling it a day, getting some sleep, then taking the 6 you mentioned for another day.
