Many of the mixes have lots of caffeine in them. Inositol has been used and lactose as a it of a filler. Some or other ‘caine’ (Dimethocaine, Lidocaine etc.) is typically included for the numbing sensation. Then it might include any of a host of amphetamine-like stims, such as camfetamine, ethylphen, 2iai, but it seems the one most often used is MPA. I agree with previous post, at best they tell you what is in it, but never the ratios. Of course Lidocaine, caffeine, inositol etc. are far cheaper than say Ethylphen, MPA etc and hence I can only suspect Synthaciane being quite the money spinner, since it does not sell for that much less than other substances. I have read that esp too much caffeine and lidocaine in the mix, makes it not all that good for you and those who consume such a product have been advised not to redose (too often). However, though I do not doubt this argument, there are many ‘purer’ products that arguably (at least when engaged with by poorly educated) do even more damage. IMHO I’m thinking of some very strong stuff, not available in in UK and most of world anymore (won’t mention illegal substance names, knowingly)
