Ah OK. You should be good within 2-3 days max. Never heard of just benzene being screened for but when I’ve been piss tested in the past, even if benzene was detected it was such a low priority compared to everything else I tested positive for that it was never mentioned.

They just test ur levels of benzene before u start work because the job ill be doing bring u into contact with benzene which is in crude oil. It’s to give them a normal level so when they check in future they can see if it has gone up at all. Think it’s a precaution because if ur levels go up a lot then they are not doing there job right and I can get compensation and we all know companies don’t like paying compensation. Supposedly too much benzene can cause cancer and other serious illnesses.

2-3 days is pretty much standard for must subtsances but heavy and sustained cannabis use can be detected for up to 4 weeks. Unless you’ve been sniffing a mountain of heavily cut coke the levels of benzene, if even present, should be minimal.
Some people say various methods of doing this, that or the other can get rid of detectable compounds quicker than just your own bodies metabolism but personally I don’t give them much credibility, but maybe someone more knowledgeable can give you a better answer on that.
