So I was wondering how much water is too much? Any help and ideas to not drink too much would be greatly appreciated.

you should drink when you’re thirsty but at least 1,5 liters a day.
If you drink to much wanter you can get ill.
But it also depends on what you’re doing, sitting on the couch or running a marathon, so there isn’t really a right or wrong
I feel it, like do you know like if your on something that would make you really thirsty, would that change anything or no?
