yes, and that makes things a lot safer for you as well. the feds anywhere in the world won’t bother with discussions about small scale drug use; but if they think you might be using a forum like this to buy or sell then 5 countries worth of feds could be on your case (they actually employ a lot of smart people who speak English as well as their main language and know how the internet works).
