I’ve used a whole lot of shit over the years. Lots of chang, E’s bla blah, and nearly drank myself to death. Got off the booze a few years ago thank god and haven’t looked back since. The only side effect from years of abuse is general anxiety. I’ve been on Lustral and other shite for a while (low doses) but it didn’t really keep me calm.
About 2 months ago I had some major dental work done and was i was given 10mg Val. It was like returning to me again. I felt totally fine and normal again for the first time in years. Managed to get some more in Portugal but now it is running out ….
I’ve explained in great detail to my GP(s) but as they are Z list no one will proscribe them. I don’t want to go black market but I feel as if I have no other choice.
I realise the habit formation aspect but, honestly, for me it is just about being normal, calm and “me” again. It’s a pain in a bollix that I can’t get the one drug that makes me feel that way.
