that isn’t such a silly answer either; the Police will actually have such a thing on their computer as part of EU monitoring of drugs tourism. it may be called something else like “popular drug tourist interaction points” and Unfortunately even though Europe is viewed as liberal; they are unlikely to share this info with would be users.
Even the Dutch coffeeshops/smartshops tend not to advertise themselves too widely outside their immediate areas, I think “pusher street” in Denmark has been in the same place it always was for over 40 years and these are tolerated areas….
