Never been to Portugal but it is a country I’d like to visit one day. The Portuguese and Spanish are rather lax on, well everything lol, I’ve always found it easy to get hash and weed in Spain. Finding decent quality though, that’s a matter of meeting the right people. My best mushroom trip was spent in a Picasso museum in Malaga, Spain.
