I have never been to Gotwood music festival, and was wondering, what there policy and procdueres are like in terms of drug and alcohol use within the venue, I know all festivals are a zero drug policy, but being a more underground smaller festival, are there procedures far more relaxed than the policies they are trying to establish?

If drugs are illegal then of course they have to be seen to be taking a zero tolerance approach I’d imagine and that would go for anywhere.

even if they are “relaxed” they aren’t going to say that and its not good for the organisers to discuss that on this public forum. Although it was more a problem before the two forums were split; a lot of promoters had extra police controls on their events once they got discussed on here as Partyvibe is still viewed as pro drugs site by most councils/cops etc and they have the power to restrict or even cancel events.

Mate got caught with loads of bags o wine around him in Gotwood festival.but the old security beef head was lovely and let him thru cause my mate was obviously not a dik, they searched a few people there and were very nice, no police anywhere thoiugh, festival vibes were awesome 🙂
