Well the online ticket system for this years Glasto tickets was a total shambles.
Theres LOTS of tickets lost in the computer system,as a result of mass overbookings.Lots of folks managed to book multiple sets of two tickets,with the highest ive heard of so far being 50 sets of 2 tickets to a single person.
Lots of family tickets are reported as not being processed properly…folks trying to book 2 adult and one child ,were only getting the child ticket confirmed,etc.
The Glasto Customer phoneline number is 08712 200260 Anyone here with multiple ticket confirmations,ring that number and get the extra ones cancelled asap.Otherwise you run the risk of having your whole order cancelled,by Aloud.
