  • Although ASK Jeeves may not be as good as google, it still seems OK for many searches and you get lycos hits as well.

Not sure how this works but every time you use it some money is collected for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home in London, UK

Internet Advertisers spend millions on advertising sponsored links on search engines. ClickNow have negotiated with Ask Jeeves to receive a portion of the revenue generated. Because ClickNow have done the approach as a group approach, Ask are able to provide a far higher return than should an individual sign up with them directly.

Let me let you in on a secrect, but ClickNow have been in negotiations to improve the search content they provide, and thus will be releasing a new and improved version of the search facility which will cater for the needs of over 85% of the search engine users out there.

Tell all your family and friends, this is about to get real exciting!

ClickNow also have a wide range of charities partered with them and you can select which you’d like to support. Have a look at http://www.charityclicknow.com

    thanks for the info….

all seems good to me, you’re getting the search results you are looking for and the charities get money. Didn’t realise so many other voluntary organisations (both for humans and animals) were part of this as well!

IMO one thing that would make it better would be a setting so you could support a different charity on each click, so all the organisations benefit equally from this deal (rather than just dependent on how good their individual marketing is), I personally don’t mind if I am supporting the animal rescue in London or a childrens hospice in Swansea….

    Hi General,
    How are you? How’s Orin?l
