Cool, nice pictures! My aunt has been to cuba the last two years running for a holiday. She also swam with the dolphins and said it was an amazing experience. Havana I can imagine would be very different to the rest of Cuba, id probably do what you did and stay away from the resorts. Im hoping to go next year sometime, may be hire a car (although apparently you are expected to give everybody a lift!) and do a lot of exploring 🙂 Speed boat sounded like fun 😛
Barbados is a really beautiful island, was fairly quiet in September, so lots of space on the beautiful beaches. Locals were all really friendly and laid back. Swam with turtles and tropical fish. Explored almost all of the island – highlight must have been going off to beaten track in a range rover. 3rd world in some places, mad really considering the houses worth millions and millions on the west coast. I’d definitely recommend and go back 🙂
I’ll be able to give u some more info about the digi hive vs kamo party closer to the weekend. Some friends are trying to persuade me to go down, but as i only just got back to sheffield im not sure im up for the missions. Will be good though 🙂 Where in Kent you from? I lived near Canterbury for years.
