I think thats the case everywhere outside London and maybe Birmingham and Brizzle and some other inner cities these days, and usually if you get a 6am license it means the clubs in a fucking ghetto area anyway.
there were loads of 6am licenses a few years ago but the locals countrywide whinged and protested about the noise so many got knocked back.
England’s attitude to late night fun doesn’t seem to have changed since the 1400s (when the first restrictions on music events were introduced by King Edward)
