I think you need to check your local city hall(?) regulations, and your state regulations about putting on such events. It may be the case you need to work with someone who is over 21, and to have various licenses otherwise the cops can shut down your event.
In another thread you mention you are on bail and have been in trouble with the law a few times; unfortunately this usually means if you even try to put on anything cops will either try and make the council refuse your license or will be well on your case.
Check the rules regarding what you can and can’t do with your community centre very carefully..
I’ve seen film of US raves properly harshly busted up by SWAT teams because of minor licensing problems so TBH I’d suggest researching everything very carefully before you start.
its a lot of work for one person as well – maybe hook up with some friends who are a bit older and get into less trouble so they can put their names to the licensing application if you need one..
