  • who has one? i am now totally free of the idiot box and can honestly say i dont miss it at all. was watching some at a freinds house the other day though and is so wierd after you’ve had a break and then watch it, everything seems so strange, fuck watchin it ever again really. still watch films and documentarys and stuff on the net, but thats it..

    yeah i only ever watch stuff like comedy sitcoms when i feel down and bored these days. most tv programmes are crap, but anything that can make me laugh is worth watching imo.

    I’ve not owned one for years probably like 6-8 years … even b4 that i rarely watched it.

    tinternet ftw

    I have a 42inch HD in front of me but I don’t use it for TV, only for games and the good shit like for example predator yesterday. Manic film.

    yeah that TV is a beast!

    It’s my baby… it never cries either, it’s an angel baby (lol not ‘Angel’s baby’ though :wink:)

    I’d feel sry for angel if her baby was that big lol. :s

    It’d hurt :s

    Probably death would follow.

    There are a few things on the box I watch and its good for killing time so I would miss it if I got rid of it. But I dont really watch much trash since I gave up weed.

    10 years with no TV and no regrets

    I use the tv for dvd and sport events….but what I used to watch on tv I now watch through the net here are a few examples of normal corporate tv that have been liberated;

    Watch TV-Shows Online for FREE!

    Comedy Central Official Site – TV Show Full Episodes & Funny Video Clips

    I love that fact that now you can choose whenever you want to watch and almost(i havent got clue why but sometimes add shows up on comedy central other times it do not) free of comercials

    I own a tv. I mostly watch documentary type programs. Not really a fan of mainstream stuff. specially not shit like Eastbenders.

    likewise.. tons of good documentaries on iPlayer at the moment. Watching human planet, madagascar, charlie brookers ‘how TV ruined your life’ is also awesome

    Oh also watch football as well when it’s on. But yeah mate, I love seeing docus about the earth. also programs about aliens are where I’m at at the moment! :weee:
