i’m gonna guess the biggest factor is that teens are so horrifically lied to about drugs that when they inevitably do try drugs they are totally clueless as to how to use them safely. Factor in the the factbthat kids are clueless and don’t cate/ have never been given propoer advice and this result is obvious.
