TBH the best with k is not taking it. Just a few holes every three months or so maybe less…then U can talk of k-holing….here in Copenhagen more and more starts to inject it because their noose is fucked. Whats the fucking point? I love the stuff but only at home and certain chance for big holing and that you cant reach if you take it all the time… Looking at people with snot hanging out of their noose and not able to communicate with the outside world at parties just discust me.
