In newbury and surrounding i heard of newer schemes being brought out to literally scare people into not doing something. outside liquid nightclub they had a car which two teenagers had died in earlier that week (was a major blow to the local community, everybody knew the two) with coppers standing round telling you about drink driving and saying literally ”this will happen to you” now when your heading into a club thats not a very nice thing to see but hey … i dont drive anyway.
the drug scheme ran in my old school showed pictures of addicts who had died in the most horrible conditions, showing everything which to be honest scared me but jesus christ i still hate the image imprinted on the back of my head now from it!
if people want to ride motorbikes then so be it, a close friend of my grandads lost his life to one but he loved his bikes and it was HIS CHOICE to ride them, he knew the risks. Why give people the right to do something then scare the living hell out of them for doing so.
