Try posting an image from task managers performance tab.
The problem was certainly due to the ssd that was over 20% fragmented !!! slowing down terribly the speed of the laptop
I shouldn’t put my Datas on the SSD combined with the Cloud that is charging and freeing too frequently the SSD drive.
I gona let only the windows system on my SSD
