just found a recent UK datasheet (not sure if its a good idea to directly link it here as its from the same regulators who check up on NPS vendors!); currently dexamfetamine is only indicated for children with ADHD who have not responded to methylphenidate treatment. Northern Europe now sources the pills from a German company rather than USA; interestingly the Netherlands Health Authority expressed concerns that this would make diversion a lot easier…
they quote an absolute maximum dosage of 40 mg for children and adolescents – NHS England does not appear to usually prescribe stimulants for ADHD as an adult condition (Scotland does)
