I decided early on I’m not going to let it bother me. Its definately not a problem to live with the ringing itself, just I have to take a lot of precautions now to prevent further damage. Ear plugs on the tube, special ear guards for doing gigs, fingers in ears every time a police car goes past, no more mp3 player use etc. The ringing itself is a minor inconvenience compared to all that!
can it get worse then rather easily? I dont know much about it
