you need to use a special hidden IP browser to get onto silk road. i have never been on it (though i have used the programme to go on it before).
4-AcO-DMT is legal in many places in Europe, USA, Canada, China etc. Not too hard to find vendors who’ll ship but it is illegal so don’t do it it’s very naughty!
