this ‘morality’ thing has been popping up in various twisted guises throughout history. The struggle of the free individual to ascend to a free society has been kept a struggle by everything from ‘moral’ wars to ‘immoral’ records thanks to the leaders who act in “our best interests”.
On a certain level it could be argued that the hardest fought for things are those which we will hold most dear.
But when the decree says, “there can be no more than two people dancing on one square metre and the music has to stop at 10pm”, that’s some big fight you’ve got on your hands:(
