Update – HM Coroner inquests published in Evening Post (Reading local paper, part of Guardian media group).
TVP senior investigating officer Eamonn Carroll advises no reportable level of drugs or alcohol found in the car drivers body.
There’s still a potential danger of encountering cops affected by PTSD though..
