They definitively were scare tactics!!! Look, toffs won’t fill it so how are they supposed to fine the small ppl for not filling it! I didn’t do mine as this census is more than just ‘supposedly’ trying to help u with improving your services. I mean do they really need to improve your services by knowing who you are? No If a bus is late it’s late and whether they know who you are or not won’t change this… as it’s down to the driver to make sure he is on time.
This census is another tactic by this government to make this society even more Big Brother than it already is!
