although crew of small vessels clearly aren’t tested as strictly as those working for large shipping companies; that does not mean they can cane drugs at sea and not run into danger..
the saddest part of this that this seems like a decent vessel with adequate safety kit; not some rotten old tub; the two lads who lost their lives not just lacked experience but dulled their reactions with depressants/opiates making things worse..
