the free party scene across East Anglia is going to be virtually non-existent for some months for reasons which have been discussed in depth on other threads.
sadly, you have arrived a few years too late. because of how things have developed in the last year you are far more likely now to end up with an unpleasant encounter with riot cops than a fluffy party.
TBH I’d forget about free parties for a few months and the first thing when you get to these ends would be to look for another job (even if part time) so you aren’t fretting over money. I say this because I tried the “live without a job” for a year after being made redundant in 2001 when the dotcom crash happened. Far from liberating me it proper fucked me over, strained relations with my family, nearly got me addicted to drugs, I even contemplated various crimes to fund myself and I’m only now reducing some of the debt I incurred.
If you are smart you should be able to use the same skills as in London but get a job and surroundings with less hectic pace etc for a similar salary. Things go slower round here but you will find exactly the same amenities as in London (other than public transport maybe).

Then once you are sorted out start checking out the legal underground dance events in Norwich, Yarmouth and Lowestoft. There is still plenty going on…
if the underground party scene does ever pick up again and you have made the right connections and gained the trust of people then you will soon enough find out where any decent events are.
