BUT – Unfortunately the landlord “cancelled” the 26th August at the COmmand House, he says it was never confirmed, it is his word against the soundmans, who told us it was confirmed a while back, theres nothing we can do.
So look out, tis going to be the usual black leather fare at the command house, more 80s rock covers bands- exactly like the last 2 years in fact.
We’ve had a hard struggle to put on any dance down there, other than Djs between the bands, and this is not the first cancellation.
So although we’ve been promised dates next year (and ill confirm them personally next time!) without some public pressure, its very likely not to happen.
YOu know we are gutted, we loved the last one, a bit of free legal outside dance music, it was too good to last.
