As Chrispy said it’ll all be in your head. You’ve had some bad experiences so your body is naturally going to associate negative times with psychoactive drugs and will deter you from putting yourself through that experience again.
Similar to how pain works, pain isn’t real. It is just a figment of your mind created to prevent you from physically harming yourself. You only need to touch a hot surface once for your brain to go ‘we’re not doing that again’. Your mind is simply protecting itself.
i havent used pharmas in years mate, i stayed clear from pharmaceuticals generally my entire life.. i dont like them
do a bit of exercise, and your body will recover, drink water & sleep.
