Yep, Tramadol are easy to get on-line.
I used them to slowly come off heroin and Methadone a few times and they worked.
It is a Opioid Analgesic I think (narcotic) pain killer (I didnt read the WIKI reference). If you aint used to such a drug it will act like doing gear – sweats, small pupils, itchy skin. And if you take too much, vomiting, sleepiness etc and thats what every heroin addict wants. But on one tablet this should only act as a really really good pain killer.

No seriously, in Thailand they dish them out like crazy, even after having a tattoo done you can get given a load, its over the counter there (along with various other over the counter meds )
other countries such as Pakistan, India etc. will have Generic Tramadol – which is ok, but just not like the real thing.
It’s a drug that I would recommend to people who have had some kind of surgery and is experiencing some kind of pain on a moderate level. However, taken on a regular basis this will become habit forming.
