If found them by a riverside today and was just wondering if these wr the real deal or impostors ? Also I know the last pic is not a cap but is it a deadly one?.

Your best bet is to post the pics on shroomery.org. People there are much better able to deal with identification than me bud.

The picture are not good enough resolution nor are they ‘zoomed’ in enough to make a categorically accurate identification on them.
