I’m terrible for the whole grammar nazi thing man, but my excuse at the moment is I’m doing it for Psy, he started the grammatical error alerts and I’m gonna randomly do them til he returns! It’s a homage to his work!
You’re right though, language is always evolving and whereas some words will be merely passing fads designed to confuse parents when their kids are talking, others will stand the test of time and still be in use many years later.
