The rumour is that one day a giant snail turned up outside the Coven with this Funktion 1 system stuck to its shell. A small army of escaped Baraka gnomes that have reverted back to their wild state attacked the giant snail, took it down and pulled it from its shell for snail kebab. The shell has been taken in by the authorities for examination and the Coven kept the system 🙂
Others say it floated down from the moon on wings made from pure sound…
Decor is usually very good, and we have some funky lasers too so lighting is also reaching some levels of coolness – I’m not talking lasers under 1w here, well one is but the other two kick ass 😉

Last gig til September so if you miss this you have a bit of a wait, but moving to Oxford would be a cool thing to do – nice city, not too far from London (for more clubbing choice, 50 mins on a coach with v regular service), and a good freeparty scene too.
