Wotcha!
Was looking on the BLP site only last Thursday. I’ve never been but am going this year with a friend from the South West…the birthplace of the free party!! I’ve wanted to go for years, so am determined to make it happen this year.
It’s stonking apparently – 2001 was it’s best year, I think there were around 1,400,000 people there…how bloody amazing would that be?! Last year there were 1,200,000 but I think each year it changes. Depending on word of mouth I suppose…so spread the word!!
Not sure about contacts etc 😉 but sure you could sort yourself out when you get there. Shouldn’t imagine there’s a shortage. Have spoken to a mate who went in 2001 and said it was blinding, but they’ve taken to going to the Zurich Street Parade, which is getting bigger every year. Tipped to be the next big one. Check it out.
