Oh :(, I have been taking it easy since I started this topic.
I don’t even drink alcohol now as it makes my heart race the next day, I’ve stopped smoking aswell.

I just want to get better but I guess it’s going to take a while 🙁
    Thanks for the replies.

it seems like you had a mini heart attack(s) while using mephedrone, hopefully your heart health can improve.

there are plenty of examples of people who’ve had heart attacks improving their heart health with light aerobic exercise. Arthur Lydiard a track coach from NZ mentions it in one of his books. Basically these heart attack victims began to jog very very slowly and were able to get into much better cardiovascular shape.

So I’m on this beta blockers for a week now, I’ll be honest I’ve been feeling alot better but I’ve been getting very light heads and dizziness. Along with blurred vision. I went to the doctors today and told her what’s going on. She checked my pulse and my pulse was 60bpm, my bpm before taking the tables was around 80/90. I’m told her that I’m getting very light headed and faint, she said I could either stop taking the tables and just get on with having the pains or keep taking them and stick with having the light heads. I went with taking the tablets.

I’m just after taking my tablet around an hour ago, my vison is very blurred and my head is light. I just feel very ill. What do you think I should do? I’m getting a heart monitor on in around 2 weeks, fingers crossed.
What’s the risks off continuing these beta blockers with the light heads? Apart from blacking out lol.

you’ll probably start to feel less negative side effects after probably a monthish of being on beta blockers. i can’t guarantee that, but some medications make you feel like shit for a while and then your body adapts and you don’t feel as bad.

Steady State Aerobic Exercise!!! (think waddle jogging to start for as long as you can maintain and add a little distance every few days) this will help your heart health and maybe someday you can get off the beta blockers and not have any chest pains.

    oh and Tai Chi!!

    chest pains

    and probably smoked 20 cigarettes.

    There you go, man..

    Update time.
Where do I start.. It’s been a long couple of months.
I got the heart monitor fitted, echo and treadmill tests carried out.
I got my results back on Tuesday, they said I may have had a infection which damaged my heart muscle which created this problem.
They said I’m fit and healthy, and advised me to cut-down or quit my tablets completely, which I have.
The doctor said, I may have gotten into a cycle were I was a afraid of these ‘attacks’ happening, which could of brought them on even more.

I’ll be honest, I’m kinda happy for the results but I still don’t feel 100%.
I guess it’ll take time to get back to myself again, but my heart is still racing and i’m still getting pains now and again but hopefully it’ll clear up.
Meh, I’m feeling alot better than I was so I’m glad. 🙂
    p.s I’m still off drink & cigarettes 🙂

good as fuck to hear that you arn’t going to drop dead on us.

ok without reading to deep into the chat session,

if I want my circulation to increase I take nitric oxide precursors such as l-arginine, alanine etc..

or a drug call thiazamine which is in Viagra(definitely increase blood flow, if not only to the penis)

although a warning with nitric oxide– if you take a lot you may have a prickly type sensation like when you wake up a limb that has had
    cut off circulation.

but I would definitely say stop drinking and doing drugs for a few months to allow your body to heal. everything has to be in moderation if you have been using drugs and alcohol constantly with no break then I think its time to have one:)
