We’re producing a mini festival in the centre of Brighton in a few weeks time. Spent all this week sorting out artists tech riders. Got some good bands playing, Alabama 3, Ska Cubano, Dub Pistols, Dreadzone etc. Check it out!

BABYLON Festivals

It’s at the Old Steine Gardens, right in the city centre and we’re turning the whole rounabout into a festival for 3 days. Should be pretty decent!

That looks awesome! I won’t be able to attend unfortunately as my itinerary is choc full of uni work until the 1st of June but I’ll spread the link around, got a few mates who will be interested I reckon. Hope it all goes well!

Hey Biosoc (Bio-Socks LOL) I’m gonna be heading out this weekend. You got anything on the cards.

Brighton is not the greatest place for partys and hasn’t been for some time now. Our police force adopted the same zero tollerance policy that is being enforced up on the east coast. Basically the odds are against the organisers and they know it, and unfortunatly this is demotivating the rigg owners/organisers cos they don’t want to invest hard work and time into a party thats gonna fail to get off the ground and get shut down within hours, or possibly have their equipment seised. This is a huge problem for people who want to organise medium sized events where its just the one system and a hundred or fewer people attending, as the cops nwill have no worries in moving in on it and doing their evil ritual. I have yet to see the cops move on a larger multi-rigger, but I wouldn’t be supprised if they have done, or at least tried in the past.

Anyway thats enough waffle from me, “socks” find some fun for the weekend for me please.

If anyone knows of anything around Sussex happening next weekend (Sat June 2nd) could you drop me a cheeky PM? It’s the day after I finish uni and I was planning to go to a big party elsewhere but it’s a bit of a trek, could do with something a bit more local if possible. Cheers guys!

This weekend I bet someones gonna be brushing the dirt of their bass bins. Sometimes people can resist the nice warm nights. Its a shame i’m such a washed up hermit crab these days.

Yeah man it’s beautiful weather, rude not to I reckon! If I hear about anything tomorrow I can drop you a PM if you want, I won’t be heading out myself until the 2nd though, got one final exam this coming week then I’m a free man :weee:

Did anyone head out to the little shindig last night? Was a sick party, I knew I said I wasn’t gonna go out until after my exam but it was worth it. Good vibes, good tunes, beautiful weather.
