      Zopiclone are excellent at their job and very fast acting, usually around 15 mins. Far better than nitrazepam or any benzo I’ve tried, legal, prescribed or “other”.

        Melatonin was the one for me though, due to no addiction issues, no grogginess, no side-effects I got whatsoever. Only problem was after a while of taking them my tolerance got too high. But I need a long break from them then I’ll begin using them again hear and there as they are excellent for jet-lag, sleep etc.

        Note: I did take them for over 6 months and ended at doses around 40-50mg.

        First time I dosed 1.5mg put me to sleep.

          Sadly this is not the thread for my zopiclone expeditions or whatever the fuck a normal person may call them but yeah, the best I’ve had for sleep.

            Urgh…BAD night last night. Took 0.5mg of etizolam at eleven thirty. Went to sleep after half an hour maybe.
            Then woke up at half two with my heart beating really fast, slight anxious feeling and a pain in my head.
            Took another 0.5 and fell asleep eventually.

            Shits fucked up.

              Hey im the same way what my psychiatrist did was prescribed clonidine at nite its a huge help and cannabinoid liquid I put in regular e-vape machine and hit it a few times before bed and it relaxes me a little and I sleep every night. I still take my prescribed Xanax when needed but im good at night. Melatonin and crap like that doesn’t do a thing for me but I know it helps some people. Hope this helps insomnia will drive you crazy. And get a little exercise even if its just walking the dog.
