this accusation is bandied about widely across SE and East Asia, with the Chinese accusing the Japanese of being small, and the Japanese accusing the Koreans etc.. In reality sizes vary just like anywhere else in the world, although subjective opinions are often skewed by both circumcision (for religious, cultural and medical reasons) and the use of methamphetamine both being widespread across Asia.
And TBH the only thing stopping many menfolk of these nations whipping it out and comparing sizes is either Sharia Law/strict deceny rules and/or the risk of being whacked with a rotan (a bamboo stick made for hitting people).
