TBH East Angllia is starting to struggle cash wise as well, even for dealers they won’t get tick if the bigger dealers know no one has got cash
ironically the money angle is why the feds started using anti-gang type tactics
they assume if people your age prepared to treat expensive stuff like vehicles and sound equipment as a disposable item (i.e being stubborn enough to get it seized) they must have some serious financial backing behind them or are turning over loads of drugs, enough to rebuild rigs within a fairly short timescale..
