Awww Gaz I know it sounds easy but just be natural. Just smile and be yourself, ask if she is having a good night. Normally if you are both in a muntered state that is a good ice breaker 🙂 If you make a tit of yourself and the girl doesn’t appreciate it then she isn’t worth knowing. Never offer to buy anyone a drink, too cheesy. Free drugs might work though 😉 haha
