it doesn’t get updated that often but I think with N23 a lot of the reason is that everyone there seems to be in foreign countries and travelling, so they don’t have regular internet access!
Its only been around for less than a year as well; it takes time for people to form the networks and create stuff, particularly when the “scene” is revolving around people sitting on their arses at home snorting ketamine rather than actually doing stuff like creating music / art / squats / social centres.
