I have seen fights amongst pillheads (although not very often).
its also a lot to do with peoples own own culture and street culture – if someone is argumentative and prone to fighting or grow up in a rough environment, all the drugs in the world (good or bad) isn’t going to totally change their personality.
Even with pills people may be all smiles when rushing but can turn proper psychotic when the comedown sets in.
you should have peace of mind before you blast your mind to pieces 😉
